3 Repair Authorization

If your water care technician discovers a problem with your spa that requires repair service, you authorize Southwest Spas to perform that repair without additional contact, provided the total repair cost does not exceed your pre-approved amount below. For repairs exceeding your pre-approved amount, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

4 Customer Responsibilities

You will be required to purchase a chemical start-up kit from us directly. We will then automatically replenish these chemicals as needed, and you will be billed automatically.

Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access on scheduled service days. If access is unavailable, a trip charge of $25 may apply — please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Service visits are scheduled within agreed day windows; exact arrival times may vary.

Each service is billed individually. Recurring service requires 30 days' notice to cancel.

By signing this agreement, the customer agrees to the following mandatory drain and refill schedule:

Hot Tubs: Complete drain and refill every 90 days (approx. 4× per year), or more frequently as recommended.

Swim Spas: Complete drain and refill twice per year, or more frequently as recommended.

The technician will advise in advance when a drain and refill is approaching. This service is a separate charge.

Our company is not responsible for pre-existing equipment issues, damage caused by the customer's own chemical additions between visits, or conditions from improper spa use. Customer agrees to discontinue use and contact us immediately if water appears cloudy, discolored, or has an unusual odor.

While we strive for consistently balanced water, results may vary based on bather load, weather, and use habits between visits. More frequent plans are recommended for heavy users.
